We love their sausage, egg, and cheese McGrittle.

We received cold food today, crispy chicken, well wasn't, fries were old, gave the chicken back...service was good though, they offered to make fresh food....location was 11w.n and Netherland inn Rd, Kingsport TN.

Food was good but why is napkins not given out anymore...geeze

Will not eat here anylonger. The quarter pounder with cheese was not fixed properly. When you ask to speak to a manager you get no response!!!!!!

Our fries were cold & hard 3rd visit in a row. Our Apple Pies were crunchy & did not taste fresh. The employee handing out food did not have the best hygiene & she was wearing a fake mustache, I'm sure for Halloween but Halloween is still 3 weeks away. In the past few years this store has went DOWNHILL QUICKLY!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Most if not all are pet owners themselves. They have a great selection of products.

Had left over meat on burgers and stale bread. Night before meat wasnt even done cooking.

Big Mac was dry. Just don't make them like they used to. I think it's the bread, it doesn't expire. Is it really bread? There were employees milling about but they didn't pay me no mind, so I used the new ordering board in lobby. Way quicker to order and pay but my order didn't show up in a timely manner in the kitchen, still had to wait. I think I won't be doing McDonald's anymore.

Great visit! Wish they would switch from frozen biscuits back to made from scratch though.

managers & most staff are always rude. I only go here bc I have a 10 yr old..

The prices were beyond outrageous.For a medium iced coffee was almost $4.The worker was beyond rude and was acting impatient when the store was dead due to it being nearly 5am.I had been up for nearly 24 continuous hours and the attitude I was given was not professional at all and had I not been in a hury to get home and get to bed I would've spoken to the manager (though I highly doubt anything would've been done).I am not a McDonald's fan but Burger King wasn't open so I had no other options or choice but to go there.I will definitely NOT be returning.I will suffer through the next time.I refuse to give my hard earned money to a bunch of incompetent and ill majored children who only have a job to support their drug habits.

Because we ordered 6 biscuits and 6 hash browns the hash browns were finè but the biscuits were hard as a brick road couldn't even bite into i.e almost broke my tooth and I've been calling for an hour and no answer I spent 23.00 wasted !!! Answer your phone mcdonalds!!!Very Dissapointed!!!

The lady working the window tonight was very sweet & actually had a personality compared to 95% of the others who do the exact same job. Service time was extremely slow considering the limited menu choices at this hour - hence 4 stars...Food was fresh however.

I have been to McDonald's in every state from the west coast to the east coast. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I realize it was a training day for managers but I wish all the restaurants would adopt this kind of treatment towards their guests. I left with a smile on my face and it was because of the service and great food! Ty for the best McDonald's visit EVER!

Was told they cant add extra cheese to a burger.Employees are yelling at the managers and the managers are unhelpful. Not sure how im suppose to drink a drink without a straw. . . . . . Mine as well give you sippie cups cause they treat you like you dont know whats going on. This place is a joke.

It has definitely not been as good of an experience lately! Nothing ever seems to be done right, or the food is hard and greasy. And EVERY single time we go, we are told to pull up...and wait way to long for our food! It never used to be so bad at this one...however, recently we have been just eating elsewhere if possible...but our 2 little boys LOVE McDonald's and so we have to go there frequently!

Order was wrong tea needed to be remade there are some nice people who work here some working more then other's .. but I see no leadership

Very friendly staff. They lost my order but quickly rectified the situation. Food was good also, even for a late night visit.

This store was really clean. The workers were especially nice and helpful.

Don’t ask for a cup of ice, cost the same as a drink and then you get a little over half a medium cup of ice, gas station it’s 25cents for a large cup and it’s actually full.

Late night menu is limited to a few burgers and nuggets. 2 out of 3 visits our order was either messed up or something was wrong with the food. We've gotten burgers with brick hard buns, fries hard enough to use as nails, fries so salty the salt burned our mouths. All on overnight. During the day is fine though

Went through the drive-thru. Girl handing me my food had hot and cold together in the same bag, no straw and my breakfast sandwich wasn't wrapped.

Typical McDonald's although unlike some in other areas; they will not mix shake flavors. Some do and some don't; this one is focused more on food cost than pleasing the customer. Gave 4 stars because they get the order right most of the time and it's usually pretty hot

Food was great service wasn't bad but it was so cold i should of eat in my car.

Just waited 10 minutes to place my order from an employee who seemed reluctant to do so. That is the most polite way I can describe this unpleasant experience. Most of the time the day shift is great though. Night shift really needs to step it up though, I was very displeased with service and felt unwelcome. 1 star for mediocre food, and another star for decently clean lobby and bathroom.

Never had a bad order from here. The only downside is the location, not easy to get in and out of but conveniently located.

McDonald's has decent service, but it is fast food. It will fill a person up, but it isn't quite healthy

I went to this McDonald's, which I normally do not visit. Well I was given a faulty cup that had a hole in it. I drove off and noticed it when I was visibly soaked... I went back and the manager was super apologetic. He gave a bunch of napkins and a new tea. It turned a bad experience into a good one. Thank you!

They do not know how to put a Big Mac together right

Loved it the crew told me about a cheaper deal on the chicken nuggets. And allowed me to save 10 dollars which helped a lot
